Small Business Committee's Guiding Principles:

  1. Create a tax climate that makes Arizona a cost-effective and competitive place to run a small business.
  2. Minimize regulations so it is easier to start and run a business in Arizona.
  3. Support policies that enable small businesses to provide competitive benefits to employees.
  4. Ensure that Arizona's educational and workforce development systems prepare workers with the skills employers require.
  5. Assure the development of modern infrastructure that keeps pace with population growth and facilitates commerce.
